Sam loves to eat. She prefers simple,healthy meals but 
she's into gastronomic adventures too, at times. 
An accidental baker cum wellness lover, 
she creates treats for the sugar- deprived.
Her specialty : Mango-Cashew Cookies in Coco Sugar.

Meet Manila's phenomenal Chef. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Sydney,Justin serves  as a consultant, educator and advocate of excellent hospitality practices here and abroad. He lives on a veg-meat diet  and he sure is a very, very credible steak critic.
