We are so lucky to live close to this restaurant that serves great Chinese cuisine. Called the Home of Pugon Roasted Asado, this establishment has been cooking great dishes for its patrons since 1936. Its history is quite rich and interesting and it is just amazing how the excellent team behind this concept has successfully run and improved the business through the years. 

Considered as one of the oldest yet finest Chinese restaurants in Metro Manila, Panciteria Lido has become our favorite go-to place whenever we crave for satisfying, authentic Chinese food.

We also love their Manchurian Chicken Wings, 3 Cups Chicken, Asado Pan de Sal, Chinese Longganisa Breakfast, Buttered Chicken , Beef Brisket Wanton Mami, Pork Siomai and of course their Syphon-filtered coffee!

Our favorite hangout, this pub never fails to erase stress from our vocabulary whenever we go there to gulp some beer and other yummy belly fillers. Our favorite stress-erasers include:

SumoSam, Trinoma

After buying tickets to  the 20:50  screening of Immortals, we hurried to SumoSam to grab a quick dinner. This is our first time to be in their Trinoma branch.

this salad is simply refreshing!

Justin: I was fascinated by their Anime Burgers. The menu items seemed so exciting; It reminded me of my grade school summer days.

The Mazinger Z Chilli  was really worth a try. The flavors just burst in my mouth and the texture is amazing. As I am a burger monster, I'd say this is among my favorites.

The fries with nori-salt is crispy and it went well with the burger's spicy goodness.

I would order it again, for sure.

                          




Sam: I enjoyed my Roboto Dog. It was something new to my palate. Though the chilli overpowered the flavor of the sausage, I'd say it's still a delicious hotdog treat. The nori made the experience more fun and so japanish. 

But the star of night for me was the Salad. too bad we forgot what it's called.

On the whole, I'd say it was a fun food trip. and a cheap one too!

They just need to improve more on their customer service. Tired-looking staff on a peak hour; Slow service; unsystematic flow of service.

Sam and Justin: So, we entered famished, we left bloated. We'd say this restaurant serves simple meals that are properly made. A truly great Filipino restaurant. Our favorite? Crispy Beef Salad! Just some issues with customer service though. The servers were too comfortable in the workplace that they seemed to have forgotten there were guests.
